Information on the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) Ministry of National Education

Clarification Text

This clarification text has been prepared by the Ministry of National Education as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation. Visual and audio personal data belonging to you and your student will be processed automatically or non-automatically by our institution for the purpose of sharing and promoting the activities organized within the scope of education and training processes with the public, based on the processing condition of “obtaining the explicit consent” of the person concerned in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698.

Personal data shared with our organization can only be transferred to judicial authorities / relevant institutions and organizations if requested to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the said Law regulating the “Rights of the Data Subject” in writing to the address of the Ministry of National Education Atatürk Bulvarı No:98 Bakanlıklar-Çankaya/ANKARA in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.
