Founded in 1985 with the understanding that “The basis of education is love”, Marmara Educational Institutions is proud to be a big family with thousands of students, graduates, teachers and parents in Istanbul, Bodrum and Kocaeli Kartepe campuses.

By combining quality in education with modernity and universal values, it continues on its way with the aim of preparing its students fully equipped for the world of the future.

In line with this goal, the skills we care about developing in our students can be listed as follows:

Learning at least two foreign languages

In today's world, language learning forms the basis for individuals' global communication and cooperation skills. By offering our students the opportunity to learn at least two foreign languages in our schools, we prepare them to become individuals who can exist in every corner of the world.

We educate our students in line with Atatürk's principles and reforms as modern, modern, international individuals who can approach cultural differences with understanding and tolerance. We care about each and every one of our students becoming individuals who have a sense of social responsibility, have strong social skills, and are sensitive to the environment and the world.

Giving Importance to Artistic, Sportive and Cultural Activities

In addition to the academic development of our students, we prioritize their becoming successful, healthy and happy individuals in all areas of life. To this end, we encourage each student to play at least one musical instrument at a good level and to develop themselves in a sports branch. By supporting participation in cultural activities, we try to increase their interest in the arts and develop their creativity.

Becoming a World Citizen through CIS and IB Practices

Thanks to the curriculum and programs approved by the Turkish Ministry of National Education, as well as the educational practices certified by the Council of International Schools (CIS: Council of International Schools) and the International Baccalaureate (IB: International Baccalaureate) programs, we provide our students with a world-class education and open the doors to becoming “citizens of the world” by giving them the opportunity to graduate with two diplomas.

Being Ready for Further Education in Every Respect

We strive to ensure that our students are ready for every stage of their education life in terms of mental and physical health as well as academically. In this way, we act with the aim of raising healthy, balanced and well-equipped individuals who have adopted a lifelong learning approach.
