About Us

Bodrum Marmara College Primary School started its education service on October 3, 1998 with the slogan 'From Kindergarten to University'. As educators of Bodrum Private Marmara Primary School, our goal is to raise self-confident, happy and sensitive individuals who are Kemalist, believe in democracy, recognize their own culture and other cultures, use our mother tongue Turkish and at least one foreign language well, express their feelings and thoughts clearly, research, question and find solutions to problems, transform the knowledge they acquire into life skills.

In our school, which is Turkey's World School, lessons are taught in classrooms equipped with the latest educational technology under the leadership of experienced and dynamic teachers who follow the latest innovations.

They are encouraged to discover and produce knowledge instead of memorizing it as a result of transfer. Our students have the opportunity to use Turkish correctly and functionally, to be aware of the richness and expressive power of our language and to learn English in a daily and authentic usage area. Our students, who have the opportunity to find their skills and interests through robotic coding and information technologies, chess, drama, philosophy for children, visual arts, music and dance lessons, are also raised as individuals with a culture and art awareness. 

In our institution, where international education programs are implemented in addition to the national education program, the “International Baccalaureate Organization” (IBO), which sets out with the philosophy of “Education for Life”, implements the PYP program. Our school was authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization to implement the “Primary Years Program” (PYP) in 2019.

Our school aims for its students to become successful and sought-after individuals not only in their communities but also in the international arena. With the belief that education is a lifelong process, we educate our students accordingly. By providing our students with an environment where they can develop their knowledge and skills, we prioritize not only academic success but also personal development.

The “student-centered whole learning model” we adopt at our school takes into account the unique learning pace and style of each student. This approach ensures that our students learn in depth and grow up as responsible and self-confident individuals. Our aim is not only to transfer knowledge to students, but also to support them in their lifelong learning journey by providing them with strong learning habits.
