Our Education Model

Private Kocaeli Marmara College Anatolian High School has an education model that aims to educate students who are proud of their national identity, equipped with the equipment required by the information age, ready for national and international higher education, lifelong learners, and world citizens who can successfully represent their country.

Detay

In line with this vision, our school offers different education programmes: MEB Müfredate, Canadian Dual Diploma Programme and IB-DP Programme.

Our Programmes

  • MEB Curriculum: Based on the education system in Turkey, courses and activities are offered that enable our students to achieve national academic goals.
  • Canadian Dual Diploma Programme: Students receive Canadian diplomas by taking courses appropriate to the Canadian education system, thus obtaining an internationally recognised diploma.
  • IB-DP Programme: The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB-DP) is one of the most prestigious education programmes in the world, especially for students who wish to study abroad. The IB-DP helps students develop global perspectives, acquire interdisciplinary skills and strengthen their critical thinking abilities.

Kocaeli Marmara College Anatolian High School

Our Anatolian High School started education in 2017. Here, Maths and Science Group courses are taught in English and students are provided with a strong academic foundation. In 11th and 12th grades, intensive university preparatory studies are carried out and our students receive professional university education. Students who wish to study abroad can participate in the IB-DP Programme, where students have the opportunity to study at an international level if they meet the IB Admission Requirements.

Social Responsibility and Club Activities

Our students develop not only in the academic field but also through social responsibility projects and club activities. Our high school students are encouraged to participate in 200 hours of CAS (Community Service Studies) projects. These projects aim for students to contribute to community service within the scope of the IB Programme and help students develop leadership, entrepreneurship and social responsibility skills. Grade 9 and 10 students participate in clubs according to their interests and represent our school in national and international conferences, workshops and competitions. In Grade 11, participation in club activities is optional.
